Introduction to OER for HVCC Faculty Online
Attend this workshop to participate in the successful campus OER initiative underway for the past three years!
Learn more about OER, be inspired by Hudson Valley faculty already using OER alternatives to traditional textbooks, determine OER resources available in your subject area, and ask questions about the initiative.
We look forward to your participation! Registration is limited to 25 faculty. The workshop will take place via Zoom.
Please obtain your department chair's approval to participate before registering. Adoption of OER textbooks must align with existing departmental guidelines for textbook use.
Faculty who complete the full three-hour workshop are eligible for a $100 stipend provided by the SUNY OER award.
